General Questions About My Fitness File
What is the process of using ROM Programming?
Profile Your Fitness: Under the guidance of your Range of Motion Personal Coach, you’ll profile your fitness, scoring a range of different fitness-related variables.
Get Your Fitness Profile: Based on your scores, ROM Programming will automatically calculate your ‘Fitness Profile’. This four-letter profile identifies which elements of your fitness you’ll benefit most from improving, and measures how balanced your fitness is.
Your Exercise Program: Based on your four-letter profile, ROM Programming will generate your first 18 exercise sessions. The balance of these sessions is unique to your needs, based on what we identified when we profiled your fitness.
Pre- Program Testing: Before you begin your exercise sessions, ROM Programming will ask you to do a small number of physical tests. This ‘testing’ measures the elements of fitness that you’re most in need of improving.
Training: Once the testing is finished, you’ll begin your exercise program. Each ‘cycle’ of training is 18 sessions. Once you’ve completed those 18 sessions, you can click a button to generate your next cycle of 18 sessions.
Post- Program Testing: After 12 weeks of training, ROM Programming will prompt you to redo the initial tests you did so we can measure your improvement. You’ll receive a Performance Report showing how much you have improved.
Re-Profile: After you’ve finished testing and received your Performance Report, you will begin the process again. You’ll reprofile your fitness and, because of the biased training you’ve been doing, we expect that your profile may change as a result of you improving on your weaknesses.
